ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Formatting instructions for abstract submission:

  1. Arial 11pt
  2. Single-spaced
  3. Text is justified
  4. Top margin is 2,5 cm; all other margins are 2 cm
  5. Headlines in bold

Size Limits:

  1. Total lengths: maximum 1 page DINA4 with a size limit (including title, body and figures) of 4000 characters (including spaces)
  2. Figures, tables, and references can be added, but they cannot exceed the one page limit.
  3. Each figure counts as 1000 characters. An abstract can have up to 2 tables and/or figures (maximum size of the abstract 1 MB).
  4. There is no limit in the number of characters in a table. However, the characters in the table should be included in the 4000 character count limit.
